Currently loadFunctions() loads the functions into a bunch of global variables in the generated loader.cpp. This works fine when just one instance is created by the capture but for more complex captures where multiple instances might be created, where each one might have slightly different extensions enabled, we can end up with some functions being NULL and hit seg-faults.
Instance and device functions also likely need to be split. I remember hitting a different segfault when I had manually resolved the multiple instances issue in a capture I was using tocpp on.
