Aaron: "what's next" → my recommended pick (#1, the readiness pass); proceeded since no steer came back (reversible, additive).

The book is 12 chapters + 14 companions, all consent gates closed — a pile of scaffolds-and-sockets awaiting Aaron's voice. Rather than add more scaffold he'd rewrite, this maps the next phase:

  • Chapter readiness table: DEEP (2,3,4,5,6,8,10) / SOLID (1) / THIN (7,9,11,12), socket counts + what each needs from his voice.
  • Companion readiness: verbatim-bearing (FORMATION, THE-ORGANIZER, THE-UNBROKEN-CHILD, THE-PULL, THE-STRATEGISTS-DAUGHTER — voice-ready) vs shadow-essays (0 sockets — his call to promote/fold/keep).
  • Suggested recording order: ch-8 first (highest meaning-per-minute + most verbatim already staged) → ch-1 opener → verbatim companions → deep chapters → thin four last.
  • Gaps: the thin four want a pass (my recommended next build); un-landed/held RAWs (per INTAKE-LOG); pre-reads pending (publish gate, not draft gate).
  • "What it does NOT need": re-architecting or more companions — just his voice + the thin four.

Pointer added from OUTLINE.md.

Aaron: "what's next" → my recommended pick (#1, readiness pass), proceeded (reversible,
additive) since no steer came back.

The book is 12 chapters + 14 companions, all consent gates closed — a pile of
scaffolds+sockets awaiting Aaron's voice. This map orders that next phase (rather than
adding more scaffold he'd rewrite):
  - Chapter readiness table: DEEP (2,3,4,5,6,8,10) / SOLID (1) / THIN (7,9,11,12), with
socket counts + what each needs from his voice.
  - Companion readiness: verbatim-bearing (FORMATION, THE-ORGANIZER, THE-UNBROKEN-CHILD,
    THE-PULL, THE-STRATEGISTS-DAUGHTER — voice-ready) vs shadow-essays (0 sockets, his
    call to promote/fold/keep).
  - Suggested recording order (ch-8 first = highest meaning-per-minute + most verbatim;
then ch-1 opener; then verbatim companions; then deep chapters; thin four last).
  - Gaps: the thin four want a pass (my recommended next BUILD); un-landed/held RAWs
(per INTAKE-LOG); pre-reads pending (publish gate, not draft gate).
  - "What it does NOT need": re-architecting or more companions — just his voice + the
    thin four.

Pointer added from OUTLINE.md. Regenerate after a recording session or landing batch.
