Adds a separate Gloas-only Go module and SSZ CLI for credential, checkpoint, and cancellation proof arguments. It authenticates the state against the supplied on-chain root and checks the checkpoint's saved execution parent.
The existing online CLI is unchanged and cannot generate proofs from post-Gloas Hoodi state. The new tool takes local state/header files and emits transaction arguments; fetching and submission remain self-service.
Validation includes an archived Lighthouse state with its independently recorded client root, malformed-input and ownership tests, reproducible Solidity fixture export, and a two-million-validator sizing benchmark. See
gloas/README.mdfor commands and measured resource use. CI actions are pinned; existing Deneb/Electra tests use the checked-in verifier bytecode on local Anvil.Validation: local Gloas tests and vet pass. All current CI checks pass, including Gloas tests/vet/build, existing Deneb/Electra tests, lint, release builds and CodeQL.
