[User Build V2] The CANCEL action at the ZOE level does not terminate the remote task – Unable to start a new build

Problem Description

Requesting to stop an ongoing build using the Cancel button does not stop the task on the remote server, nor does it appear to terminate the current local action; it becomes impossible to restart a build afterwards, requiring a reload of VS Code.

We execute a cancel command via a special RSE API service when the user uses an rse profile. It looks like that is missing in the v2 implementation.

We do’nt use RSE… we use z/OSMF.
