Adds ChainWard to Agent Trust & Reputation (directory/security.md), at the bottom of the section.

Example request (GET, no body): GET https://api.chainward.ai/api/risk/x402?address=0x4baadba26c3c0bdef9e8faf173925d463aa53bb2, add &chain=bsc for a BNB Chain address. Unpaid, it answers HTTP 402 with the x402 v2 challenge; it is never charged when the check fails (settlement runs only after the handler succeeds).

scripts/submit_check.py passes against the manifest on the upstream tree.
