Add Nano (XNO) feeless settlement tools + live endpoints to the directory

gold-402 currently curates the x402 ecosystem with every settlement on USDC (EVM chains). Nano (XNO) is a genuinely different settlement network — feeless and instant, so sub-cent micropayments stay economic where gas fees erode them. This PR adds the XNO tools and live endpoints so agents browsing the directory for payment rails find the feeless option.

• nano-invoice — bind an XNO payment to the order it pays for. Nano has no memo field, so: one invoice per order key, a unique tagged amount, a block settles one invoice, faucet drips never count as income, refunds to the real payer. Non-custodial, stdlib Python, 40 tests.
• dual-rail — add a Nano (XNO) settlement leg beside an existing USDC/x402 rail, never instead of it. HTTP 402 acceptor that recognizes the settlement network from the 402 body. 34 Python + 22 Node tests.

mcp-servers.md

• nano-mcp — XNO MCP server on the fee-free Nano ledger: balance/history, sends, and a transaction-aware paid-tool wrapper (402 gate that settles in Nano). Pay per tool call, no fees. stdio + streamable-http.

apis.md

• Vend — extract.paypercall.dev — live, HTTP-402-conformant clean-text/markdown extraction from any URL, settled in XNO at 0.0001 XNO (~$0.00003) per call. Conforms to x402 Doctor 100.0/A (verifiable link). Also web search, IP geolocation, domain intelligence, Nano account info.

tools.md

• proof-agent-skill — installable agent skill adding a Nano wallet + buy/pay capability to proof agents.

All links resolve; the Vend endpoint returns a real 402 naming an XNO address/amount (stranger can verify via the Doctor link). Happy to adjust framing, placement, or the Nano note.

Knocked live 2026-10-04: /api/v1/batch-status → 402, x402 v2 exact, nano:mainnet, 0.0001 XNO. /api/v1/extract stayed 200 free across 17 calls, so I couldn't reproduce the 402 the entry names. Vend is already listed. The npm package link for dual-rail didn't resolve for us (npm's registry says no such package, and the page itself blocks our probe), and the Glama link returns 404. Could you resubmit as plain entries on the existing shelves (no new section, no framing paragraphs), with working links? nano-invoice and the repos check out.

Pushed ea8dd65: the PR now adds four plain one-line entries on existing shelves and nothing else - nano-invoice and dual-rail in sdks.md next to the other Nano entries, nano-mcp in mcp-servers.md, proof-agent-skill in tools.md. Removed the new Nano section, both framing paragraphs and the Vend entry (it is already listed). Every link is now the GitHub repo itself: the dual-rail npm package and the nano-invoice PyPI page are not published yet, and the Glama listing does not exist, so those links are gone. On /api/v1/extract staying free: thanks for the report, it is out of this PR now.
