Code Review
This pull request attempts to upgrade the base Ubuntu image in the Dockerfile from version 24.04 to 26.04. However, this upgrade will break the Docker build because Ubuntu 26.04 is not yet released, and external repositories configured later in the Dockerfile do not yet support it. It is recommended to revert this change and stick to the stable Ubuntu 24.04 LTS release.

Upgrading to ubuntu:26.04 will break the Docker build. Ubuntu 26.04 LTS is not yet released, meaning the image may not exist or is highly unstable. Furthermore, external repositories configured later in this Dockerfile (such as the Docker CE repository on lines 76-79) use $(lsb_release -cs) to determine the distribution codename. Since Docker does not yet publish packages for Ubuntu 26.04, apt-get update will fail with a 404 error. Please revert this change and stick to the stable ubuntu:24.04 LTS release.
