[PATCH] Superfluid campaign widget: pause Ecosystem action points

Patch/improvement request from #gd-patch (Meri Fernandez). Ecosystem Action points are being temporarily paused; existing SUP reward streams are unaffected.

Items

1. Add a notice above the "Ecosystem actions" section:
   • Title: "Ecosystem action points are temporarily on hold"
   • Message: "New points for Ecosystem actions are not being allocated at this time. Existing SUP reward streams continue as normal based on points earned up to September 7, 2026."

2. Update the three Ecosystem Action cards (Flow State funding, Gardens donation, Gardens streaming):
   • Keep the cards visible.
   • Remove the links from both the cards and their buttons.
   • Replace the Fund/Donate button text with "On Hold".
   • Buttons/cards appear disabled and do not link anywhere while points are on hold.

3. Add three FAQ entries:
   • "Are Ecosystem actions still earning points?"
   • "What happens to points I already earned?"
   • "Will my SUP reward stream continue while Ecosystem Action points are on hold?"

All items confirmed by requester, no open options — proceeding straight to implementation.
