Added a getting started page. This will likely change in the future.

Eating up unused space after changing barcode from 16 to 6 bytes.
Intentionally left 2 bytes buffer after barcode to keep other data points byte-aligned in 4-byte chunks
This will likely need to be updated, but this serves as a good starting point

Can we also add power users to the "adopt the standard" text? It seems minor, but the people like me that I'm talking to already want to know "how can I make use of it". To a power user the OEM data provided from manufacturers is just a starting point. We can and will make our own tags for tuning purposes. I'm personally only missing 1 piece of the puzzle to implement this, a concrete way to get my slicer to use the data like a filament profile.

I'd rather "over-sell" this to power users than "under-sell" it because those power users are also going to help make implementation tools for the standard. I believe that this supports the development and adoption of the project.

I've made some small wording and styling tweaks here and there, which I believe help with the flow of the page!

Regarding the part about mentioning power users under adoption, I feel that even for power users, the use cases you've described fall more under the "printing things" category than the "adoption" category (at least, in the way that we're defining the categories on the page). I updated the wording to reflect that it's also a way to improve an existing printing workflow, does that seem reasonable @MadSciSlack?

I've also made some additional styling changes and other updates here and there to help bring it all together!

All in all, I'd say this is a good looking page!

Since I'm not certain if you intend to add more to this page right away (also given the awaiting feedback from Slack), so I'll let you merge it if/when you'd like to, otherwise I'll be happy to review an updated version!
