Move NativeTypeSourceTest to tests/Integration - #671

Each of the 25 cases parses a fixture class and reads declared types through the real backend. Hand-building the ClassInfo / FunctionInfo inputs would duplicate the parser's output and lose the parse-shape coverage the suite actually provides. Integration is the honest tier.
