System Scene wants System Scene

Within the scene properties of the system scene the "Wants System Scene" property is not unchecked.
This evidently results in some rather funny problems where the camera and HUD just don't load in scenes while in a dev environment due to the system scene not being able to find itself on startup.

Pretty minor but it is a bit of a problem when trying to work with the Sandbox code.

Well I have noticed this causing SceneLoadOptions to mald a little bit in the console, but that isn't the sole reason for the scene not being found at times.
Still not completely sure what's causing that, might've been my own modifications.
But I really didn't change much.

I don't get it, it IS the system scene

Idk something about the way the system scene is handled keeps resulting in it not being selected in the game setup
I can only guess it's probably related to that, but I'd need to do a little more testing
