ExpressLRS 4.1 and newer already delay this callout. When telemetry stops, the module keeps reporting the last known Link Quality to the handset for a short time before it reports the loss. The delay is scaled by the Link Quality measured just before the loss: about 3 seconds at 100% LQ, less as the LQ drops, and no delay at all at 50% LQ or below. A link that was healthy therefore has to stay down for about 3 seconds before you hear anything, so a short dropout no longer produces a callout.

This means that on 4.1 and newer, a callout you do hear is a real loss of telemetry for longer than that delay. Use the causes below to find it.

There's a handful of reasons why this is occurring, and if you have newer handset/radio, it shouldn't happen at all unless you're flying very far away using a receiver without an amplifier for its Telemetry signal (e.g. the EP receivers).
