I'm a Software Engineering Director at Truist leading four delivery teams across web, iOS, and Android. I bring 15+ years of experience in financial services and 10 years of people leadership, spanning Team Lead, Application Development Manager, Solutions Architect, and Director roles.
Outside my day job, I design and ship production AI systems. My recent work focuses on multi-agent orchestration, agent-to-agent coordination, durable execution, model routing, and human-supervised automation.
I started coding at 12, building tools and games before YouTube, Stack Overflow, or AI coding assistants made the path easier. I still approach software with that same curiosity.
