vello_gpu panics (TextureTooLarge) when an image side exceeds its atlas size.
…wered whatever their status set_cookie_store lets the embedder share one jar between the network stack and page code (document.cookie) and persist it. fetch_once makes one request without the cache or following redirects, and returns the status, headers and body, for a page's fetch().
Request gains a CookieScope (same-site, cross-site navigation, cross-site) and blitz-net keeps one client per scope, each with the embedder's view of its jar (set_cookie_stores), so cross-site requests leave out the cookies SameSite keeps home. fetch_once reads its body in chunks up to a limit (refusing a larger Content-Length up front), has a timeout, honours the request's abort signal and waits under the per-host limit.
…r that drops them is_public_ip and resolve_public are exported so the embedder can check IP literals and test the rule.
A click while highlight_hover is on only logged the node to stdout. It's now also stored in DevtoolSettings::picked_node for an embedder's inspector to take.
