ubuntu-latest→ Ubuntu 26.04 switch: everyubuntu-latestin.github/workflows/ci.yml(including thematrix.platform.os == 'ubuntu-latest'apt-deps condition) becomesubuntu-26.04.Not touched:
wpt.yml(WarpBuild arm64 runner +trigger-archivejob),wpt-post-results.yml, andpublish-browser.yml(already pinned toubuntu-24.04).Note: the rust-cache key doesn't include the OS image, so the first runs restore caches built on 24.04 (only saved on main).
