Summary

Adds popular (>1% of pages per Chrome Status) CSS properties that /status/css wasn't tracking. A property counts as already tracked if the page lists its shorthand or longhands, its prefixed alias or unprefixed form, or the physical equivalent of a logical property.

Group Added
Core overflow-clip-margin
Visibility & Isolation contain-intrinsic-size (+ width/height/inline/block longhands)
Text webkit-text-stroke (+ -width/-color), paint-order
Scroll Behaviour scroll-margin (+ physical longhands), scroll-snap-stop
Lists list-style-image
Tables empty-cells
3D Transforms perspective-origin
Multi-column Layout column-rule (+ longhands), column-fill
Clipping & Masking mask-type
Interaction & Pointer events accent-color
SVG stroke-linejoin, fill-rule

All of these are marked No, because none of them are read in blitz main. accent-color has a note: form_controls.rs draws checkboxes and radio buttons in color instead (see the existing TODO there).

I'll fix CI failures and address comments from users with write access that start with 'Devin'.
