This pull request updates the appearance of popup backgrounds in the Windows Mica theme to improve readability, especially when displayed over bright content. The opacity of several popup surfaces has been increased to ensure menus and tooltips remain clearly visible.
Visual style adjustments:
FlyoutPresenterBackground,MenuFlyoutPresenterBackground,ComboBoxDropDownBackground, andToolTipBackgroundbrushes inStyles.WindowsMica.axamlto make popup surfaces darker and more readable over bright backgrounds.
