[3.15] uvloop — gate unblocked via sdist; waiting on cp315 wheel

Original row from the parent tracker:

• uvloop on 3.15 — blocked on MagicStack. No cp315 wheel; uvloop-snapshot 0.22.1.post1 (2026-08-18) is requires-python: >=3.10,<3.15; sdist pip install SIGSEGVs (exit -11) on python:3.15.0b1. prof-correctness parked the python_uvloop_3.14 / python_uvloop_3.15 pair. Closing this means a cp315 wheel exists, the pair is back in the gate regexp, and the USE_UVLOOP=1 riot venvs can grow past 3.14.

No published ETA from MagicStack. uvloop#758 (draft, 2026-08-24) builds on 3.15.0rc1 locally but will not add 3.15 CI or release wheels until the full suite is green (blocked on cryptography/PyO3 for 3.15t). CPython 3.15.0 final is 2026-10-01.

Gate side is unblocked. prof-correctness#215 (9c52299) put the python_uvloop_3.14 / python_uvloop_3.15 pair back in the gate via sdist (pip install --no-binary :all: uvloop on python:3.15.0rc2).

Keeping this open for follow-up:

• Add Python 3.15 to CI and fix test issues MagicStack/uvloop#758 still draft — no cp315 wheels on PyPI yet
• TODO in the 3.15 Dockerfile to drop --no-binary once wheels ship
• dd-trace-py USE_UVLOOP=1 riot venvs still stop at 3.14 (SUPPORTED_PYTHON_VERSIONS has no 3.15 yet)

Dropped blocked and retitled accordingly. Closing criteria in the body still want a real cp315 wheel before we close.
