First stable release: reliable no-root LAN discovery + port scan on macOS, Linux and Windows. Take issues in this order: 1. #26 port-scan timeout (correctness, -p usable off-LAN) 2. #25 per-OS ping flags (correctness, --ping on Linux) 3. #23 verify harvest-only hosts (correctness, no stale-ARP false positives) 4. Linux validation run (new; proves 1-3 on Linux) 5. #24 Windows validation run (proves fallback + parser on Windows) 6. #27 sorted summary + timing footer (output UX) 7. CI: build + test on all three OSes (guards everything above) 8. Root README + docs fixes (landing page, release path) 9. Version bump to v1.0.0 (badge, --version, build.zig.zon) 10. Tag + GitHub Release with the 5 prebuilt binaries + CHANGELOG
