The JuliaHub version badge (
juliahub.com/docs/General/CloudMicrophysics/stable/version.svg) returns a 502, so the Version row of the README badge table renders as a broken image. This switches it to the shields.io GitHub release badge, which resolves and shows the latest tag (currently v0.45.0), and links the badge to the releases page.
