Returning visitors could combine the new Starlink dashboard with an old cached worker or orbital module. The incompatible frame format caused a blank globe and missing plotted coverage, even though the catalog counts loaded.
The page now supplies content hashes for the worker and both changing modules. Dependency hashes travel with the worker URL and its module imports. The worker registers its message handler before asynchronous imports finish, retains elements during a pending pause, and lets the newest start/stop instruction win. Missing legacy status arrays are handled defensively.
Validation: 82 .NET tests and 16 Node tests pass, including versioned asset markup and start/pause/resume during module loading. Docker build, dependency audits and CodeQL pass. Production verification using the same browser cache confirms 10,812 plotted satellites, working 30× simulation, panel closure and no new console errors. Health returns 200. Legacy server snapshot remains readable until its normal source refresh.
