ISS and Starlink panels now open only from their Ping buttons and close with X, including during pending requests. Buttons, text, Home cards and Books/Apps/Blockchain pages share a readable dark/light design. A subtle page-wide holographic background reacts to the pointer, with reduced-motion support. The floating ISS video is smaller and retains five seconds of actual playback.
Starlink plots all cataloged in-orbit statuses with separate operational, partial, nonoperational and other colors, stronger continent outlines, and a labeled 30× simulation alongside real time. Counts remain catalog classifications and positions remain SGP4 predictions; coverage and stale elements are disclosed. Legacy operational-only snapshots remain valid until the normal two-hour refresh supplies all statuses, without bypassing CelesTrak cooldown.
Validation: 81 .NET tests and 14 Node tests pass; Docker build passes. Browser checks cover dark/light appearance, panel open/close including pending ISS, Starlink data and mobile 390px layout without horizontal overflow. Croatian, English and German strings added. Existing security protections and dependency integrity checks preserved.
