Expanded JavaScript scanning reported two potential XSS sinks in the legacy jQuery validation plugin. The application does not load jQuery or either validation plugin, and the validation partial has no callers.
Remove these unused libraries and the unreferenced partial, plus obsolete publish rules. This eliminates the flagged code and the unused published validation assets while preserving active Bootstrap CSS, existing forms and dashboard scripts.
Validation: all 79 .NET and 7 Node tests passed; Docker release built successfully. Container inspection confirms all three unused library directories are absent and active Bootstrap CSS remains present. No production load or attack tests were run.
