A catalog of agent skills that teach AI coding tools to drive CARTO — the cloud-native location intelligence platform — correctly: right tool for the task, right SQL dialect, right job-handling patterns, right import shape. The skills route to the CARTO MCP Server for in-conversation work and the CARTO CLI for scripting and automation.
Each skill is a short playbook the agent loads on demand when a user's request matches its domain, so the agent produces idiomatic, working CARTO output the first time.
Ready-made install manifests ship for Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, and the Skills CLI; any other coding agent with a compatible plugin or rules mechanism can consume the same catalog. All load the same skills from a single source of truth: skills/catalog.json.

Skills are organized in three tiers — pick what's relevant to your work; an agent will route to the right skill automatically based on user intent. See ARCHITECTURE.md for the rationale behind the layering.
