问题与改动
同一个 CI job 重复运行 analyzer golden 与 Desktop 边界测试。删除已由完整 Go suite 覆盖的 analyzer 单独步骤，以及已由现有平台构建脚本覆盖的 macOS/Windows Desktop 步骤和提前运行的 Windows readiness 命令。构建脚本继续默认测试，独立发布、operator-first 顺序、原生检查和 race 覆盖保留，无新增跳过开关。
在 architecture.md 增加当前能力状态表，更新真实包职责，把后续 runtime 装配与生态验收单列。工具扩展目标限定为 Gateway 目录和分发从一次注册派生；持久化协议、权限规则及运行时能力继续按各自契约接入。
验证
python -m unittest discover -s scripts/ci -p 'test_*.py'：18 项通过；1 项在 Windows 按既有条件跳过（文件名不能包含换行）。git diff --check通过。依赖 #250（其前置为 #249）。本 PR 完成原清理清单的 CI 去重与状态文档收尾。
