Adds tests for guardops runtime-status (skip/error/clean/alerts + --fail-on CI gate, Loki mocked) and the four dashboard live providers (sync/metrics/quarantine/runtime) — each asserting graceful {available:false} degradation and the success path. Total coverage 78 to 81 percent; CI gate --cov-fail-under 76 to 79.

…et gate to 80 Adds tests for cli/utils/system (run_command, dependency checks, command output) and backend/pipeline/pusher (push orchestration failure branches + happy path, plus the boto3 account-id/ECR-repo/docker-auth helpers). boto3, docker, and subprocess mocked. …het gate to 83 Adds CliRunner tests for guardops deploy: local success, the --gitops/local guard, and the build/scan/push/deploy failure gates plus the prod ECR-push path. Every collaborator (build/scan/push/deploy/DAST/config) is mocked. deploy_cmd 19 to 66 percent; total coverage 82 to 85 percent; CI gate --cov-fail-under 80 to 83. Close the final ~95 uncovered lines across deploy/quarantine/sqlite/wizard/ gitops/dashboard/falco/sonarqube/alertmanager and assorted command tails, and fix a width-dependent Rich-wrap flake in the admission missing-dir test.
