The EKS cluster is torn down nightly, so the live dashboard API only answers while it is up. Publish a static, path-keyed snapshot to a public S3 prefix; the SPA falls back to it when the live API is unreachable, rendering last-known data from any device with an offline banner. Live-source payloads are redacted before publish, and the lifecycle scripts read durable data from the S3 export so the snapshot matches the live dashboard. Includes pytest + Vitest coverage and an opt-in, scoped public-S3 Terraform variable. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
pip-audit flagged transitive urllib3<2.7.0, idna<3.15, and three starlette CVEs (fixable only by moving fastapi past its <0.116 cap). Floor urllib3>=2.7.0 and idna>=3.15; pin fastapi 0.136.x + starlette 1.2.x across pyproject and both requirements files. All 451 tests pass on the bumped stack. CI job 1 now runs pytest on ubuntu/macos/windows (shell: bash) with a --cov-fail-under=55 ratchet; a new web-test job runs Vitest plus the production build. Adds TESTING.md (test layers + CLI permutation matrix) and the release-e2e runbook. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
New doctor command checks required tools and project config, exiting 1 only when a core tool (docker/kubectl/helm) is missing. Adds INSTALL, QUICKSTART, CONTRIBUTING, TROUBLESHOOTING, RELEASE, docs/API, and docs/ARCHITECTURE, plus a README documentation index and a cluster-lifecycle/snapshot section.
