This PR makes it possible to edit links via
rewriteand adds amd2gfmlink=arg for that purpose. This is useful for octavo/nbdev where source ipynb contain relative links of[see other nb](other_nb.ipynb)while the html and md versions should showother_nb.htmland other_nb.md` respectively.Im not great at rust yet, and this was created with AI, so please take a careful look. I did too, but Im worried I might have missed things due to lack of knowledge.
