HAVE DECIDED to establish these Open Source guiding principles:
C1. Amadeus shall support and encourage its employees to use, contribute to, and create projects both in Inner and Open Source endeavors. [Encourage Use]
C2. Amadeus shall allow the appropriate time for its employees to participate in Open Source activities. [Facilitate Participation]
C3. Amadeus shall encourage and facilitate learning and advancement of its employees through Open Source activities. [Learn and Advance]
C4. Amadeus shall promote visibility in Open Source communities. [Be Visible]
C5. Amadeus shall support its employees in ensuring compliance in the use of Open Source. [Be Compliant]
E1. Employees shall look for Inner and Open Source alternatives before writing custom codes or using proprietary alternatives. [Be Efficient!]
E2. Employees shall strive to be active in the Inner and Open Source communities. [Be Active!]
E3. Employees shall contribute to Inner and Open Source projects within the scope of their day-to-day work. [Be Contributor!]
E4. Employees shall always act responsibly in Inner and Open Source communities, with care and respect in both content and communication, to uphold a positive image of themselves and the company, including ensuring compliance in the use of each Open Source. [Be Responsible!]
