For the first co-registered spatial transcriptomics mouse, somebody asked about the proportion of inhibitory and excitatory cells. Here "linked to an ophys cell" means was observed in one of the 4 recorded ophys planes.

This are preliminary results, and will be updated once we do another round of QC.
