pynapple 0.11.0 unified the peri-event helpers: compute_perievent was resignatured to compute_perievent(data, events, window), and compute_perievent_continuous was removed entirely, with the same function now handling continuous data. The notebook still used the pre-0.11 signatures (timestamps=/tref=/ minmax=, plus compute_perievent_continuous), so it fails against current pynapple. - Update the five affected code cells to the new API - Update four markdown cells that still named and linked the removed compute_perievent_continuous - Require pynapple>=0.11 in pyproject.toml, and refresh uv.lock (0.10.3 -> 0.11.3) and requirements-ci.txt to match The lockfile previously pinned 0.10.3, which still has the old API, so the notebook and the dependency bump have to land together. This notebook is the only pynapple user in the repo, and nemos only requires pynapple>=0.6.6, so the bump is contained. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
