Adding PropagatedNexusSerializationContext to UpdateWorkflow apis (#883)

Adding NexusSerializationContext to UpdateWorkflow Responses

**Why?**
This is for sdk to use NexusSerializationContext when running a
WorkflowUpdate backed nexus operation.
