Windows Install

This is almost impossible to install on windows, a lot of outdated information in the documentation.

  λ python --version
  Python 3.10.2

When one runs:

npm run preinstall or npm install or npm install uplink-nodejs

One gets the error:
no Go files in BLAH\storj-api\uplink-nodejs
