PO requested that he can set his working hours, so if someone texts him outside those hours, the client would receive an automatic message (something to the effect of "This is an automatic message - [PO] is unavailable between 5pm to 8am. If this is an emergency, call XYZ. Otherwise, they will review your message when they're in the office tomorrow.")
More of a nice-to-have than a need-to-have, but I like that it lets a PO set his/her boundaries, and is also transparent for clients and sets expectations.
