Issues with a few svg files

I recently switched to dynamically retrieving and rasterizing icons at runtime in XPipe. That switch highlighted a few problems with some icons which were unable to be rendered correctly by the library I use.

These have been resolved. I'm also working on a process to minify/clean up existing and new SVG files.
