The list of priority improvements for the 3W Project that we intend to develop collaboratively with the 3W Community is detailed below:
- Extend the 3W Toolkit with more useful resources for the 3W Community. For example:
- Benchmarks (specific challenges described in detail so that solutions proposed by different members of the 3W Community can be properly compared);
- Methods for validating proposed models for benchmarks (using existing data from the 3W Dataset or new data);
- Methods for hyperparameters optimization;
- Time-related metrics for anomaly detection and classification;
- A tool to generate
diffbetween versions of the 3W Dataset.
- Extend the 3W Dataset with more instances involving new event types or not. For example:
- Cover more wells in different fields;
- Cover mor event types;
- Event types that are rare cease to be rare (with more instances).
- Configure other resources that may be useful for our collaborative development. For example:
- Technical documentation on Read the Docs;
- Configuration files for AI agents;
- Configuration files for Docker.
