fix(ghtkn): add the missing LaunchAgent plist source (#258)

#254 shipped run_onchange_after_load-ghtkn-agent.sh.tmpl, which includes
Library/LaunchAgents/local.ghtkn-agent.plist.tmpl for its change hash, and a
.chezmoiignore entry for the plist, but the plist source never reached git:
the global gitignore's `local.*` (meant for local override files) matches the
launchd label naming. So `chezmoi apply` failed on the include, and the
personal-profile ignore test failed because `chezmoi ignored` lists only
targets that exist in the source.

Restored from the deployed plist with the home directory templated, added with
-f; its render is byte-identical to the deployed file. `just test` now passes.
