Cannot sign-up, no email received with auth code

• I confirm I have searched the Docs, Codemagic Sample Projects, and GitHub Discussions.
• I confirm the software versions on my local computer match the ones in CI environment (e.g. Xcode version, Gradle version). See here

Steps to reproduce

I enter an email address at https://codemagic.io/signup and click "Create your account". I get the the toast notification that the authentication code has been sent, yet, it's not received (I have also checked the email server logs to se if it's rejected).

Expected results

Receive the authentication code when I enter my email address and click the "Create your account" at https://codemagic.io/signup.

Actual results

No email received.
