ci: trigger workflow re-run on fixed plugin-publish.yml (skills/ path touch)

The previous commit (6b73c57) fixed the YAML heredoc indent bug that
was preventing the workflow file from parsing. But that commit only
modified .github/workflows/plugin-publish.yml — which does not match
the workflow's `paths: ['skills/**', 'registry.json', '.claude-plugin/marketplace.json']`
filter, so the push did not actually trigger a workflow run.

This commit appends a trailing newline to dolomite-plugin/SKILL.md to
hit the skills/** filter and trigger the workflow with the now-fixed
YAML plus the TLS auto-patcher. dolomite-plugin version stays at 0.1.2
(set in 136ca36), so the release tag will be plugins/dolomite-plugin@0.1.2.

This is a fast-forward push, mirror should sync to GitHub cleanly.
