Current line is not very apparent

What happened?

It is not at all clear what line I am hovering in the hunk diff UI. I want to add a comment at a specific line, but can't.

Steps to reproduce

Open hunk diff, and see no visible indicator of what line you are on.

Expected behavior

See a visual indicator of current line.

Totally agree. I've struggled with how to represent this. What are some examples you like from other apps?

I think there are two ways to express this:

1. Like GitHub: https://github.com/modem-dev/hunk/blob/main/flake.nix#L10, which is also how Neovim and VSCode work, where the current line is highlighted
2. Highlight the line number

I like 1, but there doesn't seem to be a good reason to not also support 2. I am not really familiar with other patterns.
