inno_updater.exe crashes every time I update VSCode-insiders.

I get nightly updates on VSCode insiders and I get the crash on inno_updater.exe whenever I restart the app for updating it.

Note: I used 7-zip to compress to 7z and then to zip (to make it smaller that GitHub allowed size and format).
