Regression: segfault on scheduled job

Describe the bug
I find the following in my syslog. kernel [. .] timeshift [. .] segfault at 28 ip 00007f5c02391d2e sp 00007f5bfd95d850 error 4 in libgobject-2.0.so.0.7200.1[7f5c0237e000+33000]. The error occured when running a scheduled snapshop. It seems that the snapshot in question was not created.

Expected behavior
No segfault. It would be nice too were System Report to provide a report / were someone to tell me to how to make System Report show a report.

System:

• Linux Distribution Name and Version: Mint 21
• Desktop: Cinnamon
• Application Version: 22.06.05

Further information:

System Reports comes up dry, as is usual on my Mint PCs. But here is context from the syslog.

The system was upgraded from Mint 20.3.

Just now, on Mint 22, I've had another segfault:

kernel: timeshift[989484]: segfault at 30 ip 00007fe443d0961a sp 00007fe43d7ff6f0 error 4 in libgobject-2.0.so.0.8000.0[7fe443cf4000+37000] likely on CPU 3 (core 1, socket 0)

I don't know what Timeshift was doing at the time. As usual of my systems, there is no crash dump within System Reports.

The last time I checked on this, which was several months ago, there were still regular segfaults.

If you install the package systemd-coredump systemd will capture the coredumps of you programs and compress them. It will auto delete older ones.
They live at /var/lib/systemd/coredump/ and you can manage them with sudo coredumpctl

Feel free to share a coredump here (be aware, that this contains all memory of the crashed program at that time. so it might contain information that is sensitive to you, like your username, hostname, timezone, list of snapshots, names of harddrives, ...)

You can also send us just the output of sudo coredumpctl debug <id> and then thread apply all bt full

I do not know whether the System Reports progam checks whether systemd-coredump is installed; on my Mint computers the package was installed already.
