Feature Request: Customizable blur effect size with keyframe support for tracking

Hi there,

Thank you for developing Concat! It's a fantastic tool.

I would like to request an enhancement for the blur effect. Currently, adding it to the track blurs the entire screen, and we cannot customize its size.

It would be amazing if we could:

1. Adjust and customize the size/scale of the blur effect (like a localized mask).
2. Apply keyframes to the blur effect so it can move and follow an object (like tracking a moving face or sensitive information over time).

Since Concat already has a great keyframe curve editor, adding keyframe support to the blur effect's position and size parameters would make it incredibly powerful!
