Survey the contestants about their experience for IOCCC28

[SirWumpus]

It might be worth creating a survey to send to contests once the contest closes for judging. Questions like:

• What feedback would you given on the web site?
• Was the documentation too little, sufficient, too much?
• How was your experience of the tools?
• Did you part take of the Discord server? If so was it useful, interesting, fun?

Maybe others. Gives the contestants something to think about while judging is in progress.

We did receive a lot of feedback, and perhaps the best thing we can say about IOCCC28 is that IOCCC29 happened with a significant about of activity, fun submissions, and most importantly involvement in the IOCCC community: whose participation we depend on!
