Add support for RDP Gateway (RD Gateway) connections

Currently, Nexterm only supports direct RDP connections to a server's IP and port. This does not work in enterprise or corporate environments where RDP access is only possible through an RD Gateway (Remote Desktop Gateway) server.
I would like Nexterm to support connecting to RDP hosts via an RD Gateway. This would require adding configuration fields for:
RD Gateway hostname/IP
RD Gateway port (default: 443)
RD Gateway credentials (username/password) - optionally separate from the target host credentials
Balancer string (loadbalanceinfo)
(Optional) Support for Gateway Access Tokens or SSL validation bypass options
