I know, I'm very late to this party, and you've likely solved the problem, But I'm managing these types of install in Proxmox LXC using the Helper-Script Docker install (without Portainer) and then using the Helper-Script Dockge add-on inside the container as a docker compose manage. Dockge can convert docker run installs or directly edit docker compose files within the containers, and on the 4 apps I've tested so far I've had no issues. To make the management simpler, I enter the correct app tittle in the LXC notes and change the github links to the correct URL. The issue does come with maintaining the stack, as it's a pain having 2 or 3 (with Dozzle logging) separate logins to manage a single app. |
Uh oh!
There was an error while loading. Please reload this page.
I'm running a proxmox 3-cluster node, with mainly LXC for each service, because of easy snaphost/backup/restore of them.
I mainly use the proxmox helper scripts for easy deployments.
I would like to run Nexterm as an LXC too (to replace my guacamole), so spun up a debian LXC and tried to install the .deb file, but couldn't get anything to work.
I can see the docker image is using Alpine, so maybe better to use that instead ?
Any way, if anyone could give some steps, not necessarily the commands (I can use google) for what to install and in what order, I would be grateful.
Thanks.
