Unable to verify kyc for immunefi_passport limitations

HI i wanted to submit a bug to immunefi , its critical and urgent one, for that kyc verification is mandatory for program i have already done ,tried human passport mapped, had only binance evm wallet i even connected that, despite all measures i could not verify kyc i m ready to do it manually through video verification if it permits. let me know.
