sensor history...?

Hi,

I'm intending to use pyscript to generate plots in matplotlib and save them as PNGs (to then send to a discord server...), but it is not clear to me how to get a sensor's history. If I wanted to get sensor.iceshed_ice_temperature's value for the last 12h, how would I do that?

Any guidance is appreciated, thanks!
