To reproduce

1. had to download vsix from https://open-vsx.org/extension/Continue/continue because it was not here. (replaced files in C:\Program Files\VisualStudioCode\0958016b2a\resources\app\extensions\continue)

2. can't see the right side bar fully

3. still having often these, should there not be some sort of auto catching these and resolving these?

5. all my tabs are called the same, don't think that was like this before

6. while tool is disabled/off, still error "failed to connect"
