Questions FIPS 140-3 for .Net

I'm researching cryptographic modules with FIPS 140-3 certification for .Net.

I have some questions about the upcoming release of Bouncy Castle FIPS dlls for C#: https://www.bouncycastle.org/download/bouncy-castle-c-fips/roadmap/

1. Do you have an ETA for the release of .Net FIPS dlls?
2. The roadmap mentions version 2.0.0 of the dlls will be done under FIPS 140-3 and using .NET Core rather than .NET Framework. Is .Net Framework not going to be supported at all or do you plan to target to .Net Standard 2.0 or something like that? I have the need to use the new version on .Net Framework applications, so I'd like to confirm if there will be support for it.

Is there any update in this subject? We're looking for to be both PQC safe, but still there's no ETA for bc-fips 2.0.0.
Also, is the still the plan to remove .NET Framework support?
